ENZYME ACTIVITY

 

 

 

Eight products were tested for five enzymes. 

These tests were performed in April and August 2002.  

Some enzymes are more fragile and heat sensitive than others.

The results are presented in the table below.

The highest ranking for each enzyme is indicated in bold numbers.

Living Green was first in 3 enzymes, second and third in the other two.
